SR-237 % US-20 <br /> <br /> City <br /> An emergency ordinance enacted%y the ~i~aOJ~of Lakewood <br /> guyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement, <br />under the supervision of the Director of Transportation. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 31-80 <br /> <br />DATE OF ENACTMENT 5-19-80 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Transportation is considering improving a portion of the public highway which is <br />described as follows: by perfoz~ning wearing course removal and by applying an <br />asphalt concrete intermediate course (403) and an asphalt concrete <br />surface course (~0~) on SR-237 (Riverside Dr. & W. Clifton Blvd.) <br />between the Lakewood South Corporation limit and US 20 and on US-20 <br />(W. Clifton Blvd.) between Sloane Ave. and Clifton Blvd.~ SR-237. <br />Length: 8818 ft.;'App~oximate thickness: 1½ inches; Total length: <br />1.67 miles. US-20 Length: 1795 ft.; Approximate thickness: 1½ inches; <br />Total length: 0.3)$ miles. <br /> <br />Pavement markings after completion of the paving will be included. <br /> <br /> City <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of theX~l~e~f <br />Ohio: <br /> <br />Lakewood <br /> <br /> SECTION I (Consent) <br /> City <br /> That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of sai(~tA~Jd~be and such consent is hereby <br />given to the Director of Transportation to construct the above described improvement, in accordance with plans, <br />specifications and estimates as approved by the Director. <br /> <br /> SECTION II (Cooperation) <br /> City <br /> That said ~ hereby proposes to Cooperate with the State of Ohio, in the cost of the above described <br />improvement as follows: a lump sum of $45~250.00 which includes the cost <br />of resurfacing~ engineering~ contingencies~ adjusting castings to <br />grsde and pavement markings. On deposit per Ordinance No. ~8-79 <br />$2t)~400.00.
