ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />38-80 <br /> <br />BY: McBride, Salmon, Wendling, Brown, <br /> Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to Winterhurst <br />Ice Rink, located at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio, <br />and repealin9 Ordinance No. 24-77, adopted May 16, 1977 and all other <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of Winterhurst Ice Rink has increased <br />and an increase in the admission charges is necessary to maintain the <br />programs of the rink, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure prOviding for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section l. That the rates for admission to Winterhurst Ice Rink located <br />at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio be and the same are <br />hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />WINTERHURST ICE RINK <br /> <br />A.
