PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR <br />ORDINANCE GIVEN WiTH <br />DOCKET 8-4-80 <br /> <br />""ORDINANCE NO. 57-80 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br />McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE tOsamend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning <br />Map with respect to certain property, as hereinafter set forth and des- <br />cribed. ~ <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the-Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by Changing and <br />revising the Zoning Map to the eXtent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br /> Begi~nning at the Northeast cQrner of Sublot number 4, <br /> street address 1423 Elmwood, thence in a northeasterly <br /> ~ direction a distance of approximately 90 feet to a point, <br /> whic~h is the north west corner of Sublot number 2, street <br /> address 1418-20 Victoria Avenue, thence southerely along <br /> the Westerly rear lot line of properties fronting Victoria <br /> Avenue a distance of approximately 78 feet to a point <br /> thence westerly a distance of approximately 111 feet paralled <br /> to and 50 feet north of the northerly property line of the <br /> Board of Education property line to a point in the rear <br /> lotline of Sublot number 5, street address 1425 Elmwood <br /> Avenue, thence northerly along the easterly rear property <br /> line of lots fronting on Elmwood Avenue a distance of <br /> approximately 45 feet to the principal point of beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use classification <br />R3 [Two-Family) to use classification BR (Business-Residential). <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />the reclassification change in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements in- <br />cluding Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law and all ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith shall be and the same are hereby repgaled. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
