ORDINANCE NO. 92-80 <br /> <br />BY: Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of the balances of certain <br />improvement funds and further closing those funds as of December 31, 1980. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain improvement funds presently exist in the City of Lakewood <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construct~.on phase for these construction funds have been <br />completed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these dollars should be transferred by law to the Bond Retirement <br />Fund, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />transfer the balances of the following improvement funds to the Bond Retire- <br />ment Fund as follows: <br /> <br />Franklin-Hilliard Street Resurfacing Fund <br />City Portion Street Improvement Fund <br />Recreation Center Improvement Fund (Senior Center <br />Hopkins Fire Station Account <br />Warren Road Property Improvement Fund <br />Foster Pool Improvement Fund <br />Clif$on Fire Station Improvement Fund <br />Hospital Parking Garage Improvement Fund <br />Winterhurst Improvement Fund <br />Miscellaneous Improvement Fund <br />Old Stone House Improvement Fund <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />close th~se accounts as of December 31, 1980 as all the improvements ~- <br />related thereto have been completed. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety <br />and the usual daily operation of municipal departments. Further, provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />App roved ://~./$,/~J~qO <br /> <br /> <br />
