ORDINANCE NO. 1-81 <br /> <br />BY: Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling, Brown, Chinnoc <br /> Gallagher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating the positions and fixing the salaries <br />and hourly rate, effective January 1, 1§81, for employees .in the Division of <br />Police of the Department of Public Safety and repealing all other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordina'nce constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest <br />of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation <br />of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
