ORDINANCE NO. 1-81 BY: Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling, Brown, Chinnoc Gallagher AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating the positions and fixing the salaries and hourly rate, effective January 1, 1§81, for employees .in the Division of Police of the Department of Public Safety and repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. WHEREAS, this ordina'nce constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, therefore, OHIO: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF Section 1. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
