ORDINANCE NO. 10-81 BY: Brown, Cinnock, Gallagher <br /> Graham, McBride, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to supplement the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinance of the City of Lakewood by enacting a <br />new Section 1123.16 to exempt Vehicles for the Handicapped <br />from the exclusion rules for trucks, vans and recreation <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1o That the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby supplemented <br />by enacting new Section 1123.16 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1123.16 VEHICLES FOR THE HANDICAPPED <br /> <br />A motor vehicle designed and constructed for the use of a <br />handicapped person and having handicapped registation license <br />plates shall be considered a passenger vehicle and be exempt <br />from the exclusion rules for trucks, vans and recreation <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating.to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of <br />its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in complianCe with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code' <br /> <br />Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and <br />all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistant herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
