ORDINANCE NO. 87-81 <br /> <br />BY:Brown, Ch~nnock,Graham, Gallagher, <br /> McBri~de, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Lease <br />Agreement with Edward Dolepski for property located at 12712 Madison Avenue <br />in Lakewood, Ohio, to provide a Satellite Office for the City's Office on <br />Aging for a period of one year commencing September l, 1981 to August 31, 1982. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and for the immediate <br />preservation of the public safety and welfare; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a Lease Agreement with Edward Doleps~i for property located at 12712 <br />Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, for a Satelll e Off~ce for the City's Office <br />on Aging for a period of one year commencing September l, 1981 to August 31, <br />1982, said Lease to be substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein. <br /> <br /> SectiQn 2. That this.ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; otherwise it shall take effect at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />//4'~/ 9R'~SIDENT <br /> <br />Approved :4.~.~ ~ ~/ ,, ~r~/' <br /> <br /> <br />
