Ordinance No. 69-82 By: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1982. WHEREAS, it is necessary to additionally appropriate sums of money to pro- vide for the usual daily operation of the Division of Streets; now, there- fore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be additionally appropriated from the unappropriat- ed balance of the General Fund $195,000 and further that same be trans- ferred to the Street Construction Maintenance & Repair Fund. Section 2. That there be additionally appropriated from priated balance of the Special Revenue Funds - Street Maintenance & Repair Funds the sum of $195,000. the unappro- Construction Section 3. That there be additionally appropriated from unappropriated balance of the Special Assessment Funds - Local Street Improvement Fund the sum of $104,000. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such delibera- tions of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adop~ tion and approval by the Mayor.
