That the estimated life of the improvements as described <br />in Resolution No. 5548 is hereby certified to be at least five (5) years <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, <br />is twenty (20) years, but may not exceed five (5) years, this being the <br />number of years over which the assessments to pay the property owners' <br />portion of the cost of such improvement will be payable. <br />3.
