ORDINANCE NO. 105-83 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to Winterhurst <br />Ice Rink, located at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, and repealing <br />Ordinance 60-80 adopted September 5, 1980, and all other ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of Winterhurst Ice Rink has increas- <br />ed and an increase in the admission charges is necessary to maintain the program <br />of the rink, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
