St. (takewood East Corp. <br />l~mit). Total ~]ength' be4n9 3.19 m~]es more or less. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORe, Be it ordained bY the Council of the Clty/~[!l~f Lakew00d <br />Ohio= <br /> <br />SECTION I (Consent) <br /> <br />That it ia declared to be in the public interest that the consent of said City/ <br />~ be and such consent is hereby given to the Director of Transportation to construct <br />the above described improvement, in accoraance with plans, specifications aha estimates <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />SECTION II (Cooperation) <br /> <br /> That said C ty/~V~ hereby proposes to cooperate with the state of Ohio, in the <br />cost of the above described improvement as follows: <br /> <br /> By assuming and contributing ten percent (10%) of the cost of the above described <br />improvement plus the entire cost of any item requested by the City which is determined <br />not to be eligible for project participation. <br /> <br /> Upon completion of the work, the City, at its' own expense, shall provide pavement <br />markings in conformance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br /> <br />SECTION III (Authority to Sign) <br /> <br /> That the Mayor of said city/Village, ie hereby empowered and <br />directed on behalf of the City/Village to enter Into agreements with the Director of <br />Transportation necessary to complete the planning and construction of this improvement. <br /> <br />StltYI'ION IV (l'ra£fic Cualrot Sigoals and Devices) <br /> <br /> That traffic control devices installed within the limits cf the project <br />w~ll conform with Section 4511 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Pegs 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
