ORDINANCE NO.19-83 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Paragraph (d) of Section 149.07 of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to increase <br />longevity compensation for fUll time permanent employees other than members of <br />the Divisions of Police and Fire. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Paragraph (d) of Section 149.07 of the Administrative <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />149.07 LONGEVITY COMPENSATION. <br /> <br />(b) . . <br /> <br />(d) Other Full-Time Employees. All other full-time permanent <br />employees of the'City shall be paid, in addition to such salary <br />or compensation that may be provided by any other ordinance, <br />additional compensation based on the number of continuous full <br />years o~service, including interim military service, as de- <br />termined on June 15 and December 15 of each year in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />'(1) For five years through nine years of service $ 75.00 <br />(2) For ten years through fourteen years of service lO0.O0 <br />(3) For fifteen years through nineteen years of <br /> service 125.00 <br />(4) For twenty years or more 150.00 <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />149.07 LONGEVITY COMPENSATION. <br /> <br />(a) . <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) Other Full-Time Employees.
