ORDINANCE NO. 34-84 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appro- <br />priations as appropriated by Ordinance No adopted <br />March 19, 1984. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public property, health and safety and the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1 That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to make the following transfers of appropriations as appro- <br />priated by Ordinance No adopted March 19, 1984. <br /> <br />TRANSFER FROM THE ENTERPRISE FUNDS <br /> <br />Parking Facilities Fund <br /> <br />$750,000 <br /> <br />TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br /> <br />Capital Improvements Fund <br />Traffic Signalization Improvement Fund <br /> <br /> 202,000 <br /> 548,000 <br />$750,000 <br /> <br />Section 2 That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolu- <br />tion were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all <br />such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements including <br />Section 121 22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Approved:/~ ~. <br /> <br /> <br />
