<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1-85 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chi nnock, Ga llagher-, <br />Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expendi- <br />tures of The City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year <br />ending December 31, Ig84. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWDDD, STATE DF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That there be appropriated from The Special Revenue-Fund: <br /> <br />Litterless Lakewood Fund <br /> <br />$ 22,220 <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated <br />in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the <br />head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, providing <br />the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
