PLACED ON SECOND READING 12-16-85 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91-85 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and <br />revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as <br />hereinafter set forth and described: 1548-1624 West ll7th Street and <br />11715 Franklin Avenue. <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.021 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the <br />property described as follows: (Permanent Parcel No. 315-15-1) <br /> <br />SITUATED in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and known as being <br />Sublot No. 9 in The Cuyahoga Realty Company's Re- <br />Subdivision of Sublot Nos. 26 to 29 both inclusive <br />and Sublots Nos. 31 to 36 both inclusive to T.M. <br />Irvine Subdivision of part of Original Rockport <br />Township Lot No. 61 in Section No. 21 as shown by <br />the plat filed for record November 24, 1905, at <br />10:25 a.m., being File No. 360,417 and bounded and <br />described as follows: Beginning on the Westerly <br />line of Highland Avenue at. the So Utheasterly <br />corner of Sublot No. 30 in T.M. Irvine's <br />Subdivision now owned by John and Mary Birostko as <br />shown by Deed Volume 886, Page 274 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence Westerly along the <br />Southerly ine of land owned by Johon and Mary <br />Birostko 192.47 feet to their Southwesterly corner; <br />thence Southerly about 33.33 feet to the Northwest <br />corner of Sublot No. 8 in said Subdivision; thence <br />Easterly along the Northerly line of Sublot No. 8, <br />about 192.60 feet to the Westerly line of Highland <br />Avenue, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of <br />Highland Avenue about 33.33 feet to the place of <br />beginning, Map Volume 32, Page 21, be the same more <br />or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification M1 (multiple family, low density) to use classification <br />BR (business residential). <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent the <br />property described as follows: (Permanent Parcel No. 315-15-2) <br /> <br />SITUATED in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and kown as being Sublot <br />No. 8 in the Cuyahoga Realty Company's Re- <br />Subdivision of Sublots Nos. 26 to 29, inclusive and <br />Sublots Nos. 31 to 36 in T.M.. Irvine's Subdivision <br />of part of Original Rockport Township Lot No. 61 in <br />Section No. 21, as shown by the plat recorded in <br />Volume 32, Page 21 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, <br />and extending back 192-60/100 feet deep on the <br />Northerly line, 192-73/10 feet on the Southerly <br />line, and 33.33 feet in the rear, as appears by <br />said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to <br />all legal highways. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
