ORDINANCE NO. 108-86 <br /> <br />BY: Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 313.10 "Prohibitive <br />Turns on Red Signals" of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinance <br />of the City of Lakewood, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, with the completion of the Signalization Project, these <br />changes are deemed necessary to facilitate the movement of vehicles <br />and for the welfare and safety of pedeStrians, now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance 313.10 of the Traffic Code of the <br />Codified Ordinance of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> "Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03 (c)(5), it is <br />hereby determined that the following intersections are used by a <br />substantial number of school children and are a hazard to such school <br />children and, therefore, a right turn against a steady red signal is <br />hereby prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday at the following intersectioins, upon the <br />posting and installation of the proper signs giving notice thereof: <br /> <br />(a) Clifton Boulevard ..... <br />(b) Detroit Avenue ..... <br />(c) Franklin Boulevard <br /> (1) Bunts Road <br /> (2) Lakewood High School <br /> N.
