~)RDINANCE NO. 116-86 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, Salmon, Wendling ~i EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current .~xpenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January l, 1987 to March 31, 1987 as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency' exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety amd to provide for'the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: General Fund $ 4,500,00 Section 2. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: State Highway Fund Street Const., Maintenance & Repair Fund Police Pension Fund Fire Pension Fund Office on Aging Fund, Title III B Office on Aging Fund, Title III C Litter Control Fund Community Development Block Grant Fund Jobs Training Grant Fund Municipal Energy Mgt.
