ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />"BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expenditures <br />of .~the Cit~ ...... 9~ Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending <br />Dec'~mb~'~ '31, 1985T ...... ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an ~mer~ncy exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: <br /> <br />Fire Pension Fund <br /> <br />$ 20,000 <br /> <br />Section 2. That there be appropriated from the Capital Projects Fund: <br /> <br />Lake Avenue Improvement Fund <br />Capital Improvement Fund <br /> <br />$ 45,520 <br /> 450,000 <br /> <br />Section 3. That there be appropriated from the Enterprise Funds: <br /> <br />Water Fund <br />Congregate Living Fund <br /> <br />230,000 <br /> lO0 <br /> <br />Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Debt Service Fund: <br /> <br />Bond Retirement <br /> <br />$ 1,122,100 <br /> <br />Section 5. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in <br />this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head <br />of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, providing the <br />President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 6. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 7.
