<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the Fiscal Year ending
<br />December 31, 1986, and repealin9 Ordinance No. 88,85 entitled "AN EMERGENCY
<br />ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses and other ex-
<br />penditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1,
<br />1986 to March 31, 1986, as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code",
<br />adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood, December 2, 1985.

<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property,
<br />health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal de,
<br />partments; now, therefore:
