(As amended by Planning Commission 7-7-87) ........ <br /> Please Substitute For Ordinance 13-87 <br /> Placed on First.£eading_on February 17, 1987 <br /> Placed on Second Reading as amended on 3-21-88 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 13-87 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gal lagher, Gazzana~ <br /> <br /> George, Graham~ Wendlin~ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.04 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and <br />revising the Building Line Map to establish a building line of 50 feet <br />along that portion of Beach Road from Lake Road west and applying to <br />Permanent Parcel %311-03-002 and %311-03-004 and to establish a <br />building line of 20 feet for the remaining portion of Beach Road from <br />that point west to its western terminus and north to its northern <br />terminus and applying to Permanent Parcel %311-02-001, 311-02-002, <br />311-02-005, 311-02-006, 311-02-022, 311-02,023, 311-02-028, and 311- <br />02-049. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in the interest of public safety, this Council <br />determines that it is in the best interest of public safety to <br />establish a building line of 50 feet along that portion of Beach Road <br />from Lake Road west and applying to Permanent Parcel %311-03-002 and <br />311-03-004 and to establish a building line of 20 feet for the <br />remaining portion of Beach Road from that point west to its western <br />terminus and north to its northern terminus and applying to Permanent <br />Parcel %311-02-001, 311-02-002, 311-02-005, 311-02-006, 311-02-022, <br />311-02-023, 311-02-028, and 311-02-049; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.04 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the building line map by establishing <br />a building- line of 50 feet along that portion of Beach Road from Lake <br />Road west and applying to Permanent Parcel %311-03-002 and 311-03-004 <br />and to establish a building line of 20 feet for the remaining portion <br />of Beach Road from that point west to its western terminus and north <br />to its northern terminus and applying to Permanent Parcel %311-02-001, <br />311-02-002, 311-02-005, 311-02-006, 311-02-022, 311-02-023, 311-02- <br />028, and 311-02-049. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make the additional change on the building line map of the <br />City of Lakewood so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section <br />i of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetinas open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br /> Section 4.
