ORDINANCE NO. 17~G/ BY: <br /> <br />Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br />Graham, McBride, Salmon, Weddling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCEs, establishing rates of admission to the Lakewood <br />Municipal Swimming Poo~s. located at Lakewood Park and Madison Park, and <br />repealing Ordinance No: 36-80 adopted May 19, 1980 and all other <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of the municipal pools has increased, <br />and an increase in the admission charges is necessary to maintain the <br />programs of the pool, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the rates for admission to the Lakewood Municipal <br />Swimming Pools situated at Lakewood Park and Madison Park be and the <br />same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />A.
