Please subStitute for ordinance placed on 1st reading 4'6-87 <br />and referred to Planning & Zoning Committee. <br /> PLaced on Second Reading on 9-8-87 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 39-87 <br /> <br />BY: Chinnock,^Br,own, Gazzana George <br /> ~ranam, Wendl in~ ' <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and <br />revising the zoning map with respect to certain property as <br />hereinafter set forth and described: (Lagoon area). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that the <br />property described as follows: (Lagoon area - permanent parcel numbers <br />311-2-1 through 311-2-54, consecutively) <br /> <br />This area is bounded on the west by the Rocky River, on the <br />north by Lake Erie, on the east by the easterly line of the <br />Clifton Land and Improvement Company's Allotment No. 2 as <br />recorded in Volume 48~ Page 3 of Cuyahoga County Map Records <br />and Beach Road, a private road 25 feet wide, and on the south <br />by the southerly line of said Allotment No. 2, said line is <br />376 feet northerly measured along the westerly line of Beach <br />Road from the northerly line of Clifton Park Lane as shown by <br />plat recorded in Volume 192, Page 69 of Cuyahoga County Map <br />Records. <br /> <br />shall be and <br />classification <br />(Lagoon). <br /> <br />the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />R-1 (One Family District) to use classification L <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is <br />hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on <br />the zoning map of the City of Lakewoodr Ohio, so as to reflect the <br />amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
