ORDINANCE NO. 8~-87 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, W~ndling <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authcriz .... the transfer of certain appropria- <br />tions as appropriated by Ordinance No. 10-87 adopted March 16, 1987. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public property, health, and safety and the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance No. 10-87 adopted March 16, 1987. <br /> <br />Section 2. That there be transferred from the General Fund: <br /> <br />General Fund $ 2,707,500 <br /> <br />Section 3. That there be transferred from the Special Revenue Fund: <br /> <br />Community Development Block Grant Fund - 1987 $ 128,640 <br /> <br />Section 4. That there be transferred to the General Fund: <br /> <br />General FUnd $ 76,515 <br /> <br />Section 5. That there be transferred to the Special Revenue Funds: <br /> <br />State Highway Fund <br />Street Constr., Maint. & Repair Fund <br />Office on Aging Title IIIB Fund <br />Office on Aging Title IIIC Fund <br />Crime Prevention/Property Ident. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public. <br /> <br />Section 9. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval b <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br /> <br />
