ORDINANCE NO. 90-87 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expendi- tures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1987. WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preserva- tion of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: Street Constr. Maint. & Repair Fund Children's Trust Fund Office on Aging - Title IIIB Fund Office on Aging - Title IIIC Fund Self-Insurance General Liability Fund Self-Insurance Recreation Fund Drug Enforcement Fund Law Enforcement Fund Emergency Shelter Program Grant Fund Section 2. That there be appropriated from $ 145,000 20,000 10,000 16,000 150,000 50,000 20,000 30,000 39,200 the Enterprise Funds: Water Fund $ 1,250,000 Section 3. That t~ere Projects Funds: be appropriated from the Capital Recreation Improvement Fund Capital Improvement Fund $ 15,000 700,000 Section 4. Funds: That there be appropriated from the Special Assessment Street Improvement Fund Sidewalk Impr. Fund $ 200,000 50,000 Section 5. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. Section 6. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of ~his Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public. Section 7.
