ORDINANCE NO. 61-88 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating the position of Data <br />Processing Programmer as an annual salaried employee in the <br />Department of Finance of the City of Lakewood and fixing the salary <br />of said employee. <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section lo That the position of Data Processing Programmer <br /> as an annual salaried employee in the Department of Finance of the <br /> City of Lakewood is hereby created and the annual compensation of <br /> such employee shall be as follows effective at the time of hire: <br /> <br />BAND E - $14,560 - $26,530 <br /> <br /> Data Processing Programmer <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, <br />it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period <br /> <br />allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:~__z~_~ /Y. ! .~m0 <br /> <br />P-r ~s i dent <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
