ORDINANCE NO. 48-89 <br /> <br />PLE~SE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE ~/~48m89 PLACED ON <br />Fl.<ST READING ON 7/3/89 AND REFERR~D~T~ PLANNING & <br />ZONING CMTE AND PLANNING COMMISSION. <br />PLACED ON SECOND READING and RETURNED to <br />PLANNING C O4MISSION on 4/16/90. <br /> BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Sections 1105.03 and of the Zoning <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is well determined that land use control is <br />within the authority of the municipal government, it is in the inter- <br />est of all citizens that our Zoning Code be amended from time to time <br />to reflect changes in our city, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has begun a process for the <br />complete review of its comprehensive land use plan pursuant to the <br />amended Charter and Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the permitted accessory uses under the Zoning Code <br />requires revision from time to time to meet changing conditions in the <br />city, and to fulfill the purpose, goals, and objectives set forth in <br />the comprehensive land use plan, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes a measure providing for <br />the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1105.03 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1105.03 - PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES <br /> <br />a) A garage not to exceed 400 square feet regardless of the <br /> requirements of Section 1105.11, provided, however, that <br /> a garage may exceed such dimensions if it complies with <br /> the requirements of Section 1105.11. <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />and the same is hereby repealed and amended to read as <br /> <br />Section 1105.03 - PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES <br /> <br />a) A garage not to exceed 480 square feet regardless of the <br /> requirements of Section 1105.11, provided, however, that <br /> a garage may exceed such dimensions if it complies with <br /> the requirements of Section 1105.11. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
