Ro_t.h ,_.._Smith ..... <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain <br />appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 3-89 adopted March 20, <br />1989. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the <br />public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director 'of Finance be and she is hereby <br />authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance No. 3-89 adopted March 20, 1989. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinace were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
