Please substitute for <br />Ordiance No. 13-89 placed on <br />FIRST READING and REFERRED <br />to Finance Committee <br />2/20/90, and placed on <br />SECOND READING 2/26/90. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN <br />salaries <br />partments <br />Divisions <br />creating <br /> <br /> 13-90 <br /> BY: Boscia, Galla§her, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smith <br />EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing <br />of the annual salaried employees in the several de- <br />and divisions of the City of Lakewood, excluding the <br />of Police and Fire, effective April 1, 1990, and <br />the positions and fixing the annual salary of the Chief <br /> <br />of Police, the Chief of Fire and civil Service Commissioners, <br />effective January 1, 1990. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department <br />in that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety, it <br />is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, there- <br />fore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
