Please SUBSTITUTE for ORDINANCE NO. 72-90 <br />REFERRED to FINANCE CMTE on 9/:4/90. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72-90 BY: Gallaghe~, Gazzana, George, <br /> Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to Winterhurst <br />Ice Rink, located at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, and <br />repealing Ordinance No.'50-85 adopted October 17, 1988, and all other <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of Winterhurst Ice Rink has <br />increased and an increase in the admission charges is necessary to <br />maintain the program of the rink, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the rates for admission to Winterhurst Ice Rink <br />located at 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Lakewood, be and the same <br />are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />WINTERHURST ICE RINK <br /> <br />A.
