<br /> kN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the' Zoning Code of
<br />the'Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and
<br />revising.the zoning map with respect to-certain property as hereinaf-
<br />ter set forth and described: (1418 through 1458 Victoria Avenue).

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE
<br />OF OHIO:

<br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the
<br />Codified O~dinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby
<br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent, that the
<br />property described as follows (Permanent Parcel numbers 314-01-98
<br />through 314-01-106, .consecutively):

<br /> (PP9314'01-098) Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of
<br /> Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 10
<br /> in Virginia D. Green's Robbins' Avenue Allotment of part of
<br /> Original Rockport 'Township Section No. 22, as shown, by the
<br /> recorded plat in Volume 42 of Maps,' Page 17 of Cuyahoga
<br /> County Records, and being 40'feet front on the Westerly side
<br /> of Victoria Avenue '(formerly Robbins Avenue) and extending
<br /> back of equal width 120 feet deep, as appears by said plat,
<br /> be the same more or less, but subject to all-legal highways.

<br /> being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of Victoria Avenue
<br /> (formerly Robbins Avenue) and extending back of equal width
<br /> 120 feet deep, as appears bY said plat, be the same more or
<br /> less,.but subject to ail legal highways.
