Smith ' <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE,'.to make additional <br /> appropriations for expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, <br /> for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1991. <br /> <br /> · WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily· operation Of a municipal department in that funds were not <br />appropriated for the installation of -underground communication and alarm <br />cables, necessary to maintain'the mUnicipal fire alarm system during the <br />construction of the Lakewood·City Center Project and relocation of Fire <br />Station Number 1; now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF. OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That there be appropriated from the Capital <br />Projects Fund: <br /> <br /> Capital Improvement Fund $ 20,20.0 <br /> Secti°n'2. That the Acting Director .or Director of Finance .be <br />and he is hereby authorized· to draw checks upon the City depositories for <br />the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented <br />properly approved by the head of the department for which indebtedness is <br />incurred. <br /> <br /> Section' 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning~and relating to the'passage of-this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and'that all such <br />deliberations of·this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal actionJwere in meetings open to the public in compliance <br />with all legal requirement.. <br /> <br /> - Section 4.
