PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE <br />NO. 17-92 Placed on First Reading <br />& Referred to the Finance Cmte 2/18/9 <br />and PLACED ON SECOND READING on 3/2/9 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN <br />salaries <br />partments <br />Divisions <br />creating <br /> <br /> 17-92 <br /> BY: B°scia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br />EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing <br />of the annual salaried employees in the several de- <br />and divisions of the City of Lakewood, excluding the <br />of Police and Fire, effective April 1, 1992, and <br />the positions and fixing the annual salary of the chief <br /> <br />of Police, the Chief of Fire and civil Service CQmmissioners, <br />effective January 1, 1992. <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department <br />in that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety, it <br />is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, there- <br />fore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
