CMTE. on 11/2/92. <br /> PLACED ON SECOND READING & REFERRED <br /> BACK TO R & O Cmte on 12/7/92. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />91-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, <br /> Smith <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to approve the editing and inclusion <br />of certain ordinances and resolutions as parts of the various component <br />codes of the Codified Ordinances, and to amend, adopt, and repeal <br />certain Sections so as to conform to recent enactments of the Ohio <br />General Assembly. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Justinian Publishing Company has completed its <br />annual updating and revision of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />and · <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, various ordinances and resolutions of a general and <br />permanent nature t'hat have been passed by Council but not heretofore <br />included in the Codified Ordinances of the City have now been made a <br />part thereof, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Codified Ordinances have been revised to conform <br />to current State law, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of all municipal departments, <br />and there exists an imperative necessity for the earliest publication <br />and distribution of the 1992 Replacement Pages for .the Codified <br />Ordinances to the officials and residents of the City, so as to <br />facilitate administration and daily operation and avoid practical and <br />legal entanglements; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the editing, arrangement and numbering or <br />renumbering of the following ordinances and resolutions and parts of <br />ordinances and resolutions are hereby approved as parts of the various <br />component codes of the Codified Ordinances of the City, so as to conform <br />to the classification and numbering system of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood: <br /> <br />Ord.
