<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make apprppriations for current expenses and
<br />other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohip, fpr the
<br />fiscal year ending Décember 31, 1993 and repealing Ordinance No. 94-92
<br />entitled "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for
<br />current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State
<br />of Ohio, for three months, January 1, 1993 to March 31, 1993, as
<br />provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code," and adppted by
<br />the Cpuncil pf the City pf Lakewopd, Decémber 21, 1992.

<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the
<br />public property, health and safety and tp prpvide fpr the usual daily
<br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore:
