ORDINANCE NO. 56-95 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certian appropriations -as appropriated by Ordinance No. 93-92 adopted March 15, 1993. WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of. municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That th'e Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to make the following ~transfers of appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance'No. 93-92 adopted March 15, 1993. Section 2. That there be transferred from the General Fund: General Fund $2,827,632.14 Section 3. That there be transferred from the Special Revenue Funds: Street Construction, Maintenance, & Repair Fund Community Block Grant Fund Political Subdivision Fund $105,287.58 $15,306.00 $19,000.00 Section 4. That there be transferred from the Enterprise Funds: Water Fund Wastewater Operating Fund Parking Facilities Fund $213,791.10 $8s,236.38 $6,656.37 Section 5. That there be transferred to the General Fund: General Fund $19,000.00' Section 6. That there be transferred to the Special Revenue Funds: Office On Aging IIIB Fund Office On Aging IIIC Fund Street Construction, Maintenance & Repair Fund Litterless Lakewood Fund $682,000.00. $302,000.00 $450,000.00 $8,ooo.oo Section 7. That there be transferred to the Capital Project Funds: 1990 Watermain Improvement Issue 2 Fund $89,005.00 Section 8. That there be transferred to the Internal Service Funds: Hospitalization Fund Workers' Compensation Fund $1,330,942.82 $391,961.75 Section 9. It is found and'determined that all formal actions of this Council .concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
