<br />PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 25-96 <br />PLACED ON 1st Reading & Referred to the <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE on 6/17/96. <br />PLACED ON 2nd Reading as amended on 9/16/96. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO 25-96 <br /> <br />BY' Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br />George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE repealing Sections 717 et seq., 721 et seq, 749 et seq., 757 et seq., <br />1319 et seq., 1333 et seq., and amending Sections 515.05,1309.02,130911,1313.04,1313 99, <br />1329.05, 1329.07, 1329.08, 1329.09, 1329 10, 1329 II and 1783.10 and enacting Sections <br />156.D4, 132508 and 1325 09 ofthe Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake wood <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council in recognizing that the adoption of the proposed Zoning Code would <br />render the above listed ordinances obsolete, and <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1 That Sections 717 et seq, 721 et seq" 749 et seq, 757 et seq, 1319 et seq <br />and 1333 et seq of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake wood shall be and the same ate <br />hereby repealed, <br /> <br />Section 2. That Section 515 05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake wood, now <br />reading as follows: <br /> <br />515 05 MAXIMUM PER1vIISSIBLE SOUND LEVELS BY RECEIVING LAND USE <br />No person shall operate, cause to be operated. or pennit on private prop,erty an source of <br />sound in such a manner as to create a sound level which exceeds the limits set forth for the <br />receiving land use category in Table 1 when measured at or WÍthin the property boundary ofthe <br />receiving land use. <br /> <br />TABLE 1.
