PLACED ON 1st Reading ~ Referred to <br />the FINANCE COmmITTEE 7/1/96. <br /> <br />ORDnNANCENO. 28-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Finance to advertise for <br />sale through sealed bids, an obsolete and surplus Motorola Spectra-Tae UHF Voting <br />Receiver, Motorola UHF 100 Watt Repeater Model MSR-5000 and G.E. 4 channe! <br />Voting Receiver Shelf, and enter into a contract with the highest and best bidder. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell an obsolete, and surplus <br />Motorola Spectra-Tat UHF Voting Receiver, Motorola UHF I 0 Watt Repeater Model <br />MSR-5000 and G.E. 4 channel Voting Receiver Shelf. Said equipment being no longer <br />needed for municipal purpose, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized and directed <br />to advertise for sale, through sealed bids the obsolete and surplus Motorola Spectra-Tac <br />UHF Receiver, Motorola UHF 100 Watt Repeater MSR-5000 and G:E. 4 Channel Voting <br />Receiver Shelf, after advertising according to law, and entering into a contract w/th the <br />highest and best bidder. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting <br />of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees thai resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance w/th ail legal requ/rements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
