PLACED ON 2nd Reading on 12/2/96. 53-96 BY:Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, Smith AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish temporary appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1, 1997 to March 31, 1997 as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY Of LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund $ 7,624,500 Section 2.
