ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />22-97 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the Director of Finance to sell, through <br />trade-in, or public sale, one (1) 1966 Mack C Model Pumper Truck in conjunction with the <br />purchase of a new fire pumper or truck. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City no longer needs (1) 1966 Mack C Model Pumper Truck, it is in the <br />best interest of the City to sell this obsolete, equipment or obtain a trade-in value in conjunction <br />with the purchase or a new fire pumper truck, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized and directed to sell <br /> or trade-in in conjunction with the purchase of a new fire pumper truck, the obsolete 1966 Mack <br />' C Model Pumper Truck. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
