<br />/~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 39-97 <br /> <br />PLACED ON 1st Reading & Referred to <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE on IO/6/97.2nd Reading <br />BY: Corrigan, Flannery, 10/20/97. <br />George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE exempting the Regional Transit Authority <br />ITom the prohibitions of Section 90118 of the Streets and Public Service Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Lakewood in order to permit the installation of one (1) new glass <br />hils shelter southbound on W 11 ih Street at Detroit Road <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily operation ofamunicipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1 That the Courtcil ofthe City of Lake wood hereby exempts the <br />Regional Transit Authority ITom the prohibitions of Section 901 18 of the Streets ffild <br />Public Service Code of the Codified Ordinances öfthe City of Lake wood in order to <br />allow for the installation of one (I) new glass bus shelter southbonnd on W 117th Street at <br />Detroit Road, provided that the conditions ofthe Regional Building Code are met. <br /> <br />Section 2 It is fonnd and determined that all fOnhal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting <br />of tms COlUlCil, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
