WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make transfers up to the amounts indicated below as appropriated by Ordinance No. 52-96 adopted March 3, 1997. Section 2.
