<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish temporary appropriations for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1; 2000 to March 31,
<br />2000, as provided by Section 5703.38 of the Ohio Revised Code.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health
<br />and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore,
<br />
