ORD~ANCENO. 1-02 BY: Corrigan, Dunn, FitzGerald, George <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell. <br /> <br /> An ORDINANCE exempting the Regional Transit Authority from the prohibitions of <br />Section 901.18 of the Streets and Public Service Code of the Codified.Ordinances of Lakewood <br />in order to permit the installation of one (1) new glass bus shelter eastbound at 11741 Edgewater <br />Drive. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance shall go imo immediate effect in order to provide for the <br />general welfare of the citizens of Lakewood <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby exempts the Regional <br />Transit Authority from the prohibitions of Section 901.18 of the Streets and Public Service Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in order to allow for the installation of one <br />(1) new glass bus shelter eastbound at 11741 Edgewater Drive. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It' is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br /> <br />
