Placed <br />on 2~ R.~ading and Referred <br />Commi~ 12/02/02.) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />154-02 j~y: Corrigan, Dunn, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Seelies Skindell. <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to authorizing the Iransfer of certain funds. <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto determines <br />that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect <br />at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE HI, SECTIONS 10 and 13 of the <br />SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CTI'Y OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to <br />provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must appropriate and <br />record all financial transaddons within the appropriate fiscal period.
