Please Substitute for Ordinance No. 12-03. <br />(Placed on 1~t Reading and Referred to the <br />Finance Committee 2/3/03, Placed on 2"" <br />Reading 2/18/0.3.) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 12-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, FitzGeral~ <br />George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish appropriations for current expenses <br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year <br />ending December 31, 2003. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Coundl by a vote of at least five members elected thereto <br />determines that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall <br />take effect at the earliest date possible as set forth in AR'rZCLE III, SECTIONS 10 and <br />13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE C./TY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is <br />necessary to provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must <br />record all financial transactions within the appropriate fiscal pedod.
