AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 9-048, adopted October 4, 2004 for the purpose of adding contracting authority for a Semi Trailer for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and authorizing and directing the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public Works, and the Director of Rnance to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder in accordance with thé Administrative Cöde of the City of Lakewood, for the purchase of the listed vehicles and equipment, contracts not to exceed the specified amounts shown without separate Resolution of Council. WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five (5) members elected thereto determines that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECTONS 10 and 13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CTIY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to provide for the usuai daily operation of municipal departments in that certain capitai improvements projects are to be completed during the 2004 fiscai year. Nöw therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE em OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That Ordinance No. 9-04B, adopted October 4, 2004, currently reading as follows: Section 1.
