<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish appropriations for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year
<br />ending December 31, 2006
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto
<br />determines that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and fihat this ordinance
<br />shall take effect at the earliest date Passible as set forth in ARTt£LE III,
<br />SECTIONS 10 and 13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE crTY OF
<br />LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to provide for the usual dally operation of
<br />the City in that the. City must record all financial transactions within the
<br />appropriate fiscal period. Now therefore,
<br />
<br />BE 1m ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the amount shown be and is hereby appropriated from the fund
