ORDINANCE NO. 91-06 <br /> <br />BY: Antonio, Butler, Demro, Dever, <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor or his designee, for and on <br />behalf of the City of Lakewood to extend the current agreement with the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of County CommissionerS, Department of Senior & Adult <br />Services, to provide home delivered meals, homemaker services, personal care <br />services, and medical transportation services under the OPTIONS for Eiders <br />program through December 31, 2007. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Board of County Commissioners is <br />administering a program of grants under the OPTIONS for Eiders program, <br />whereby this City may obtain funds to provide Programs for persons 60 years of <br />age or older. Now Therefore, <br /> <br />BE ~T RESOLVED BY THE C~W OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Lakewood, is hereby authorized to extend the current agreement with the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of County Commissioners, providing Partial funding of <br />the City's Program under OPTIONS for Elders program through December 31, <br />2007, <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted <br />in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the' public in comp!iance with alt legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />C'ERK <br /> <br /> <br />
