<br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City
<br />of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with respect to certain property as hereinafter set
<br />forth and described as 14100 Franklin Boulevard, lakewood High School.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code promotes the development of and protects existing
<br />residential uses found throughout the City thereby protecting property values; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code encourages the orderly development and retention of
<br />commercial uses in a manner consistent with the Community Vision; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, as part of the Board of Education of the lakewood City Schools "Designing Our Schools for
<br />the Next Fifty Years' school facilities project, the Planning Commission at their meeting of February 5, 2008 granted
<br />final Planned Development approval for lakewood High School expansion and redevelopment. NOW THEREFORE
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, 5TATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City from C4
<br />Commercial, Public School District and R2 Single- and Two-Family Residential District to a PD Planned Development for
<br />the following properties 1588 Robinwood Avenue (PP#314-11-039), 1592 Robinwood Avenue (PP#314-11-038), 1593
<br />Robinwood Avenue (PP#314-11-035), 1596 Robinwood Avenue (PP#314-11-037) Permanent Parcel number 314-11-
<br />052 vacant parcel located on Franklin Boulevard, and 14100 Franklin Boulevard (PP#314-11-011, 022, and 034) into
<br />one (1) parcel as described:

<br />Situated in the City of lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and known as being a part of Original Rockport
<br />Township Section Number 22, Township 7 North, Range 14 West, all of lots 34 thru 47, 130 thru 144 and part of lot
<br />145 of the Walton Brothers Lakewood Heights Allotment as recorded in Plat Volume 25, Page 14, all of Vacated
