PLACED ON 1ST READING & REFERRED TO THE <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE 9/6/11. <br />SECOND READING 9/29/11. <br />ORDINANCE N0. 39-11 BY: <br />Anderson, Bullock, Juris, Madigan, <br />Nowlin, Powers, Smith. <br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Section129.54 within Chapter 129, Department <br />of Finance; Moneys, Investments and Funds, of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood to comply with previous changes to the chapter. <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance is necessary for the proper operations of various <br />Departments of the municipal government. Now, therefore <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That Section 129.54 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, Operational Cash Funds, currently reading as follows: <br />129.54 OPERATIONAL CASH FUNDS. <br />(a) There is hereby established Operational Cash Funds for the use of various <br />departmehts throughout the City, as follows: <br />Tax Department $450.00 <br />Police Department $175.00 <br />Building Department $100.00 <br />Municipal Courts $725.00 <br />Health Department $100.00 <br />Winterhurst $1,225.00 <br />Water Department $100.00 <br />(b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to take such <br />action and to make such records as may be necessary to establish these funds and <br />thereafter to show its existence and condition at all times upon the proper records of <br />the City. <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />129.54 OPERATIONAL CASH FUNDS. <br />(a) There is hereby established Operational Cash Funds for the use of various <br />departments throughout the City, as follows: <br />
